Cooking facts

1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Use enough water for the vareniki to float freely without sticking together. 2. Add salt and seasonings to taste. 3. Carefully add the frozen vareniki to the boiling water and stir immediately. Reduce the heat to medium. 4. Stir occasionally. Once the vareniki float to the surface, cook for another 3 minutes. 5. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with butter, sour cream, or your favourite sauce.
